To ensure the best possible experience with us, it's important to be a little prepared. Here is some information about what you can do to prepare before your appointment.
We look forward to your visit.
Have you perhaps booked an appointment and are wondering what happens next? Or how to best prepare? We'll walk you through what to expect and how to prepare in the best possible way.
A consultation is usually a 30-minute conversation with the tattoo artist, either in the studio or online. When you arrive for your consultation, it’s important to have made some preparations beforehand. The best way to improve the tattooing experience is by gathering reference images of tattoo styles you like. This will give the tattoo artist a better understanding of your preferences and the style you want.
These images are not meant to be copied, but to serve as inspiration for what you have in mind. You don't need to print the images; just have them available on your phone so we can go through them together. If you don't have any images, don't worry – we’ll be happy to help you find inspiration during the consultation.
With proper preparation, we can ensure that the tattoo turns out exactly as you envision, making the tattooing process much easier and more efficient.
How many hours have we set aside?
This is the time we have estimated the tattoo will take, so be prepared to be with us during this period. If you’re here for a longer session, it may be a good idea to bring some food, drinks, and possibly some entertainment. This will help maintain a stable blood sugar level, which in turn can reduce the risk of dizziness or discomfort during the tattooing process.
If you forget something, you can easily order through Foodora and have it delivered directly to the studio.
If it's a smaller tattoo or you’ve only set aside a few hours, you don’t necessarily need to bring much. Just make sure to bring what you need to stay comfortable, and it's a good idea to have a proper meal before you come.
These treatments usually take up to 30 minutes. During a touch up we go over areas that need more ink. It is completely normal for some ink to be lost during the healing process, so this is an important part of ensuring a lasting and even result. Just come in feeling fresh and ready, and we'll take care of the rest.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed. This will make the process smoother for both you and the artist, and ensure you stay comfortable throughout the session. If you're getting a larger tattoo that will take a longer time, consider bringing a small cushion for extra support. By prioritizing comfort during your tattoo session, you'll help make the experience more enjoyable.
Accidents can happen, and if you become sick or injure yourself right before your scheduled tattoo appointment, it is not recommended to go ahead with the tattoo when you're feeling unwell. Please contact our reception at 22 20 13 13, and we will find a new appointment time for you. It's important to prioritize your health before the tattoo to ensure the best possible result.
Remember that an extra week or less won't significantly affect how long you'll enjoy your tattoo. There's no need to take unnecessary risks. With these simple preparations, you'll greatly improve your tattoo experience and ensure you get the best possible result.
