All tattoo artists and apprentices working at Attitude Tattoo Studio (Attitude AS) are independent contractors who rent space from Attitude AS. Attitude AS solely facilitates agreements between clients and the tenants of Attitude AS (artists/apprentices).
All tenants (artists/apprentices) are fully responsible for ensuring that all equipment they use complies with current laws, regulations, and approvals.
You are required to disclose any conditions that may increase the risk of infection or necessitate extended hygiene measures. If you have a permanent or compromised immune system, skin conditions, allergies, or bloodborne diseases, please inform your tattoo artist about these. You confirm that you are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and that you are not under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or strong medications.
We reserve the right to refuse to perform a tattoo if we suspect any of the above conditions.
If there are any issues or imperfections with your tattoo, we kindly ask you to contact the studio post@attitude.no with a description. If a touch-up is needed, it can be scheduled through the studio. Touch-ups are free of charge within 3 months of the completed tattoo and must be performed by the tattoo artist who originally did the work.
Afterward, the artist must be given the opportunity to review the tattoo and correct any issues as best as possible. Beyond this, any further matters remain solely between you and the tenant who performed the tattoo, not Attitude AS. Attitude AS (Attitude Tattoo Studio) disclaims all responsibility and liability.
Areas Prone to Wear: : Tattoos on areas such as hands, fingers, feet, knees, and elbows are more prone to wear, and the ink may fade shortly after the tattoo is done. Aftercare on these areas is challenging, and the final result rarely appears completely even.
Fineline-tattoos Thin lines may lose some ink during the healing process and will often require a touch-up. Touch-ups can be performed no earlier than 4 weeks after the tattoo.
Apprentices: They have less experience and lower prices than experienced tattoo artists. Small errors or imperfections may occur after the healing period. These can be touched up after 4 weeks.
Guarantee: We cannot provide a guarantee on tattoos, as the result is influenced by skin type, healing, and aftercare. For questions or if a touch-up is needed, please contact us at post@attitude.no.
Craftsmanship: Every tattoo is unique. Small variations will always occur, and no tattoo can be completely identical.
Marketing: I consent to the studio and the tattoo artist photographing or filming the tattoo during the process and using the material for marketing purposes, unless I specify otherwise.
Refund Policy: I understand that there is no right of withdrawal for tattoos. A tattoo is a commissioned work and a permanent piece of art in the skin. In case of errors or imperfections, I am asked to contact the studio at post@attitude.no.
I confirm that I am 18 years old or older.
I am aware of the risks associated with tattooing, including infections, inflammation, allergic reactions, scarring, and so-called ‘blowouts,’ which can occur when the skin is penetrated with needles and ink.
I take full responsibility for any consequences of the tattoo and hereby release both Attitude AS and the tattoo artist/apprentice from any liability or claims for compensation.
